Costich Engineering is looking for an experienced Resident Project Representative to serve as our on-site presence during construction. We need someone with strong field judgment who documents thoroughly and keeps the project team informed.
The role comes with an immediate opportunity on a significant roadway and infrastructure improvement program in Western New York. The work covers construction observation, daily reports, quantity tracking, and coordination with contractors, municipalities, utilities, and our project management and design team. We’re a locally rooted, multidisciplinary firm, and engineers, surveyors, and landscape architects work closely together here.
The position requires 3 to 5 years of construction inspection or resident project representation experience, plus a valid driver’s license to travel to sites across the region. NYSDOT or municipal roadway inspection experience is preferred, and NICET or OSHA certification is a plus.
