Looking for skilled residential remodeler. We do a lot of bathrooms, basements, kitchens, windows, doors, etc. Mostly interior residential work. Must be proficient in framing, drywall, finishing, trim, painting. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, setting tile would be a plus. Work is mainly east side suburbs. Looking for self starter that is reliable and can produce high quality craftsmanship. Pretty laid back, and easy going work environment. Willing to pay up to $40/ hr. To start and go from there.
