We are looking for a dependable, skilled handyman to assist with a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects. Responsibilities
- Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance projects.
- Perform minor carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, patching, and touch-ups.
- Handle basic plumbing and fixture repairs, as qualified.
- Assist with door, lock, hardware, shelving, and other minor installation projects.
- Identify repair needs and recommend practical solutions.
- Provide estimates for labor, materials, and project completion when requested.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate project progress and notify us of any unexpected issues.
Qualifications
- Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or home improvement experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently.
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to provide references upon request.
