We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, CNAs, camp counselors, and retail and hospitality employees, as well as anyone who has supported a child or family member with autism. We provide all the training—you bring the heart!
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.
Pay: $22 per hour
Shifts Available (Monday–Friday)
Full-Time: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Part-Time: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM availability required
Part-time candidates must be available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Scheduled shifts may vary in length based on client needs.
Work Environments: In-home, clinic, or in-school settings
