Missing cat!! (Rochester)

Hi! My tabby cat Is named Muffin. He's missing and has a wound on his neck, so this is an emergency!!🚨 If anyone has seen him around east Rochester Meowing call me.

He's unfamiliar with east Rochester so I'm worried that he'll get hurt or worse around busy roads.

If you can please spread awareness!

(How to tell if it's muffin. Sometimes he leaves his mouth slightly gaped open when petted and makes silly faces. He is very expressive and large for a cat, he meows a lot)
