We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment. Your expertise will help keep our environment safe, efficient, and fully operational. Duties
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration appliances, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Conduct appliance repair and installation, ensuring all appliances meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; utilize maintenance management software effectively.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or parts delivery while adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing mechanical expertise and support as needed.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
Participate in after-hours, overtime, and emergency maintenance coverage as needed, including responding to urgent maintenance requests outside of regular business hours.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for complex equipment.
Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
Mechanical knowledge that includes troubleshooting electrical components, mechanical systems repair, and equipment maintenance.
Ability to operate construction tools safely and effectively; experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members or clients.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
