Carb cleaned, new air filter, oil changed, blades sharpened, under deck cleaned.
Starts easily.
Includes the bag.
SELF-PROPEL DOES NOT WORK. It is missing the belt, gears in the wheels, and I think the transmission is bad. But, it rolls nice without being propelled.
