# Handyman / Maintenance Person Needed – Rochester, NY
*Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | $20–$30/Hour*
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman/Maintenance Person to help maintain residential rental properties in the Rochester, NY area.
Work Includes:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Minor electrical work
- Installing or replacing hot water tanks (experience preferred)
- Drywall repairs and painting
- Door, lock, and hardware repairs
- Other general property maintenance tasks
Schedule:
- Flexible, part-time work
- Typically 3–5 hours per day, about 5 days per week
- Some weekend work may be available as needed
- Great opportunity for someone looking for steady supplemental income
Pay:
- *$20–$30 per hour*, depending on experience and skills
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience
- *Must have your own truck and reliable transportation*
- Own basic tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs professionally
- Experience with residential rental property maintenance is a plus
