We are looking for a small drivable motorhome/RV, 21 feet or less for personal living use.
What we’re looking for:
Motorized RV that can be driven — not a tow-behind trailer
21 feet maximum
Working shower and toilet
Clean, comfortable interior
No smoke smell, mildew smell, sewage smell, pet odor, or other strong odors
No known water damage, leaks, or mold
Mechanically sound and safe to drive
Clean title preferred
Ready to use, not a major renovation/project
Sacramento/Rancho Cordova area or within a reasonable driving distance
We are especially interested in hearing from private RV owners who have an RV they are no longer using. We are also open to reputable RV dealerships.
If you are willing to consider reasonable owner financing, payments, or a rent-to-own arrangement, please let us know. Our goal is to put our money toward an RV that we can eventually own.
