**PART-TIME PROPERTY FIELD COORDINATOR – GIBSONTON / RIVERVIEW / TAMPA**
Local rental property owner seeking a dependable individual to assist with occasional property-related tasks in the Gibsonton and surrounding Tampa area.
**Responsibilities may include:**
- Visiting properties to photograph and document maintenance concerns
- Verifying completed handyman or contractor work
- Performing move-in/move-out condition inspections
- Meeting contractors and providing property access
- Checking common areas, laundry facilities, and storage
- Managing property keys and performing occasional errands
- Providing photographs, videos, and brief reports following visits
**Compensation:** Paid per assignment, generally $25–$75 depending on the task, with additional compensation for extended visits.
