What You'll Do:
ā¢ Handle inbound technical support and customer service calls
ā¢ Troubleshoot internet, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
ā¢ Create and manage support tickets
ā¢ Document customer interactions accurately
ā¢ Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
ā High School Diploma/GED
ā 1-2 Years Customer Service or Call Center Experience
ā Technical Support Experience Preferred
ā Basic Windows & Computer Knowledge
ā 30+ WPM Typing Speed (90% Accuracy)
ā Ability to Work Full-Time Onsite in Morrow, GA
ā Open Availability Including Weekends
š Paid Training: 4 Weeks (Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM EST)
