Selling the ENTIRE contents of this storage unit as one bulk purchase. I want the whole unit cleared out.
This is NOT just salon equipment. There is a large amount of mixed business, resale, household, hardware, beauty, and miscellaneous inventory throughout the unit.
Inventory includes salon furniture and equipment, large mirrors, salon chairs/stations, cabinets and storage pieces, professional hair-color products, large quantities of packaged braiding/extensions hair, human-hair and synthetic-hair products, beauty supplies, refrigerator/appliance, door-related items, hardware, building/home-improvement items, miscellaneous parts and supplies, boxes/bags of additional merchandise, and other inventory throughout the unit.
Some merchandise is new/sealed, some is used, and some equipment/items are untested or in mixed condition. Everything is being sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS.

IMPORTANT SALE & PICKUP RULES
* ENTIRE UNIT ONLY. The $6,000 OBO price is for the complete unit. No cherry-picking at the bulk price.
* FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. NO FREE HOLDS.
* Messages, offers, appointments, coming to inspect the unit, or saying “I’ll come back” do NOT reserve it.
* If you come in a car just to look and another buyer arrives with the money, truck/trailer, help, and is ready to complete the purchase and begin removal, the ready buyer gets it.
* A higher offer by itself does not reserve the unit. Being prepared to pay and begin pickup/removal is what matters.
* If you leave to get a truck, trailer, money, helpers, etc., the unit remains available unless you purchase a hold.
* If money is given toward the purchase but you leave without purchasing a hold, that does not automatically reserve the unit. If another buyer is ready to complete the transaction sooner, your payment may be refunded and the unit may be sold to that buyer.
* SAME-DAY HOLD FEE: $1,000. If you want me to stop showing/selling the unit while you leave and return, the hold fee is $1,000 in addition to the agreed purchase price.
* A paid hold lasts until the end of that same day only, unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.
* You have 60 minutes from the time the $1,000 hold fee is paid to cancel the hold and receive the full $1,000 back.
* After the 60-minute cancellation window, if you change your mind, fail to return, or fail to complete the purchase by the agreed deadline, $500 will be refunded and $500 will be retained as the hold/cancellation fee because the unit was taken off the market and other buyers may have been turned away.
* Any paid hold arrangement will be documented with the exact payment time, cancellation deadline, expiration time, and signed agreement.
* Buyer is responsible for all loading, lifting, labor, trucks/trailers, transportation, and removal.
* Come prepared with enough people and appropriate vehicles for the amount of merchandise being purchased.
* No measurements will be taken. You are welcome to inspect the merchandise in person and determine whether individual items meet your needs.
* This is a private bulk liquidation from a storage unit — not a retail storefront.
* Storage access is limited to facility hours. Appointments accepted between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
* Serious buyers only. Please do not schedule an appointment unless you are genuinely considering purchasing the lot.
