Zing Recruiting is seeking dependable Assemblers/Packers for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Riverdale, NJ. If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for a stable position with long-term potential, we'd like to hear from you.
Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM (includes 1 hour of overtime daily)
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 12:30 AM (includes 1 hour of overtime daily)
Responsibilities
Assemble and pack products according to work instructions
Inspect products for quality and defects
Meet production goals and production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience required
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
Compliance Requirements
Background Check Required
Drug Screen Required
Must be eligible to legally work in the US
