This is definitely one of our more unique estate sale locations. We’re set up at a former RV park with THREE large buildings packed with treasures, and there is a little bit of everything spread throughout them. Food storage, canning supplies, holiday and home decor, books, media of all kinds, leather furniture, king size beds, twin beds, furniture, outdoor decor, washer & dryer, Winnebago, farm implements, tools, generators, welding supplies, furniture, fixtures, John Wayne collectibles, big & tall men’s clothing, western gear, a saddle and SO much more! There are useful everyday items, things to dig through, things you didn’t know you needed and plenty of those fun finds that make estate sale pickin worth it. If you’ve been wondering whether this one is worth the drive to Thornton, YES, come see us! There is a LOT here and we think you’ll be glad you made the trip.
⚠️ A little Campground PSA before you come:
Because this is a former RV park, there are still people who live here and have homes, trailers and storage units on the property. Those are NOT part of the estate sale. Please only shop the three buildings we have designated for the sale. We’ll have large balloons marking each sale building, along with signs to help everyone know where to go. We’ve also marked the private areas, so please respect our neighbors and do not enter or pick around anything that isn’t clearly part of the sale.
đźš— Parking is limited up front near the mailboxes and main house, with additional parking in the back near the large shop. Be prepared for a little walking between buildings. If you have mobility or accessibility needs, we completely understand and will do our best to accommodate you. We just ask everyone to be mindful of how long they occupy the limited close parking. Please DO NOT block driveways, homes, mailboxes or access for the people who live here. This one is going to be an adventure, and we cannot wait to see what everyone finds.
