DBM Millwork is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our shop team. We build custom cabinetry and millwork, and our CNC department is the heart of production — if you take pride in precision work and want to grow with a busy, growing shop, we'd like to hear from you.
**What You'll Do**
- Set up and operate CNC routers to cut, drill, and shape cabinet components and millwork parts from panel stock
- Load nested cut files and material, and verify programs/tooling before running jobs
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
- Work from cut lists, drawings, and job specs to keep production on schedule
- Communicate with the shop team and lead/supervisor on job status and material needs
**What We're Looking For**
- 1–3 years of experience operating a CNC router or similar CNC equipment (cabinet shop, millwork, or woodworking experience preferred)
- Comfortable reading cut lists, drawings, and basic blueprints
- Familiarity with panel processing/nesting software is a plus (we run Mozaik and Microvellum)
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment
**Schedule & Pay**
- Full-time: 7am - 3.30pm
- Pay: Based on experience
