Maytag washing machine internal computer is not working. Too expensive to replace. I stayed with the repairman who tested and confirmed that all the mechanicals in the machine worked fine. It was the computer that was not functioning, not "telling the machine what to do." To replace the computer as a part would have cost about $750 so I bought a new washer. There is always a market for parts so if this is your gig, contact me. The machine was only used for 18 months by me (1-person household) and I do not produce a lot of laundry. I do laundry about 2x a month. The machine looks brand new.
