This is a great microwave, mine still working since covid
But i have seen lots of this model Panasonic microwave with start buttons issues
usually fail buttons 123579 or worst the start button then you cant use it anymore
(they are used in many apartment buildings with trim kits so most landlords need to replace when the start button fails)
if you have this Panasonic with button issues and you want to junk it let me know i can pick up for free. it will be a waste to be in the junk yard
or if your are landlord and your unit has this model and it is not working
message me you dont need to change or buy new microwave for the tenant
also new panasonic microwave size dont fit the old trim kit - i had seen lots of owners complaining about this
