Property Porter / Grounds Assistant (Part-Time)
First Place Homes LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Property Porter / Grounds Assistant to assist with maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of residential properties in the Richmond area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in cleanliness, and can work independently.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible daytime schedule
Some weekend work may occasionally be required
Starting Pay
$15.00 per hour
Opportunity for increases based on reliability and performance
Primary Duties
Picking up trash and debris
Washing and maintaining outside trash cans
Sweeping exterior common areas
Light property cleanup
Assisting with move-out and turnover preparation
Reporting maintenance concerns to management
Helping maintain overall curb appeal of the properties
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and move items as needed
Dependable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and complete checklists
Equipment
Most equipment and supplies will be provided by management.
