I am helping a friend recruit three reliable individuals to provide property support during a home renovation:
3 positions available
Previous security, property protection, or related experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience communicating professionally with government departments, municipal officials, or other authorities is an asset
Able to assist the homeowner in maintaining a safe and orderly environment during renovation
Help prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the private property
Assist in documenting and responding appropriately to any harassment, disturbance, or unauthorized access
Must remain professional, calm, and act strictly within the law
Pay: $35/hour
