Job Description
Allied Business Solutions is seeking dependable construction workers and general laborers to join our team for an active construction project in Richmond, Kentucky. We have an immediate need for hardworking individuals, with the potential for continued work as additional projects become available.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, follow safety procedures, and contribute positively to a team. Reliability, accountability, quality workmanship, and a willingness to learn are important to us.
Responsibilities
* Assist with residential and general construction projects.
* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
* Prepare work areas and organize construction materials.
* Assist with material handling, job-site preparation, and cleanup.
* Follow directions and communicate effectively with the crew.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
* Help keep projects moving according to schedule.
Qualifications
* Reliable transportation to the Richmond, Kentucky job site.
* Dependable attendance and punctuality.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Previous construction experience preferred.
* Carpentry, framing, remodeling, or general building experience is a plus.
* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation and Opportunities
Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities.
