I am currently accepting small one-time jobs, troubleshooting calls, same-day remote work and short contracts. You do not need to be a large business or commit to ongoing support.

I am a bilingual English/French platform engineer and IT consultant based in Richmond, with more than 18 years of professional technology experience.
My background includes work with organizations such as Samsung, National Bank of Canada, Desjardins, Gameloft and security technology companies. I have also led successful SOC 2 compliance efforts and resolved difficult infrastructure problems that other teams had been unable to fix.
I am comfortable helping both individuals and businesses.
A simple Wi-Fi, computer or website problem does not need to become an expensive consulting project. You receive the same careful and professional service whether the task takes 30 minutes or requires advanced engineering.
PRICING
- Small, clearly defined remote tasks: fixed prices starting at $40
- General computer and technical support: from $70/hour
- Advanced cloud, security, development or production work: quoted according to complexity, urgency and expertise required
I will explain the expected price before beginning the work. Fixed pricing is available when the task can be clearly defined.
Remote support is available, often the same day.
In-person service in Richmond and nearby areas can also be arranged.
