Established local exterior contractor looking for experienced roofing and siding installers and roofing laborers for projects throughout Northeast Ohio.
We’re building ongoing relationships with dependable people we can contact when our crews need additional help. This is a good fit for experienced workers looking to pick up extra days when available. You do not need to bring a crew.
Rates depend on demonstrated skills and responsibilities. The upper end of the installer range is for highly experienced people who can complete assigned work independently and consistently meet our workmanship standards.
Pay rate, expected hours, and payment timing agreed upon before starting. Day-rate arrangements can also be discussed.
Installers must follow manufacturer installation instructions and take pride in their workmanship. Roofing laborers must have experience with tear-off, material handling, property protection, and cleanup.
Dependable attendance, safe work practices, and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite are required.
Must have your own tool belt, basic hand tools, safety rope, and harness. Nail guns, hoses, compressors, saws, and metal brakes are available onsite as needed. An Equipter is used on most roofing jobs.
