I was surprised at how impressive this speaker pair performed. Although I should not have been. Classic 2 way, simple crossover, 1 inch silk dome tweeter designed by Bill Hecht, who patented the dome tweeters. Extremely solid and dead cabinet construction. Hi Quality silk dome surrounded by felt to reduce ringing. In summary, built like a quality hi fi speaker should be built.
