**Starting Pay: $24–$28 per hour**
*Pay is based on experience, work ethic, leadership ability, and performance.*

# 🔨 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Our installation teams travel throughout **Texas and surrounding states**, helping homeowners improve the energy efficiency and comfort of their homes.
Your work may include:
• Installing aluminum insulation products in residential attics
• Installing solar attic fans
• Applying interior and exterior thermal insulating coatings
• Installing various home energy-efficiency products
• Working safely in attics and around residential construction environments
• Taking before-and-after photos and documenting completed work
• Keeping work areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
• Learning new products, techniques, and installation procedures
**No two days are exactly the same.** You'll get to travel, work in different locations, learn new skills, and be part of a team that is constantly growing.
