Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles. Organizing and maintaining the warehouse inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries when needed and making sure you answer customer questions. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to support our operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and supplies to various job sites in a safe and timely manner.
Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure easy access and proper storage of materials.
Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and safety during handling.
Keep detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory levels.
Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
Coordinate with field crews to understand delivery schedules and special requirements.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation duties.
Assist with warehouse organization projects as needed to improve efficiency.
Assist with customer questions
Qualifications:
> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
> Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
> Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
> Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
> Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as required.
> Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
