Reba is around the same age. Last year she had a cria with its legs stiff and was not able to stand. We put him down. This year she had another cria and try as he might, he could just not figure out how to nurse. I tried bottling him and after about a week he stopped taking the bottle and passed.
For those reasons I am offering them for $100 each and they must go together. I was going to castrate Garth so that we didn’t have anymore unfortunate births, but he had many successful offspring before he came to our home. So I am suspicious that the pine could be affecting the cria development. We have a forested property and getting them out of the pine is not an option so these two are ready for a new home. Both can walk on lead and have lived with pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, and dogs.
We live in the west kootenai and are happy to have you out to the farm to get them or we can bring them to kalispell for a bit more$.
