Factoring Invoice Assistance — help preparing and organizing invoices/documents for your factoring company (if needed)
Insurance Assistance — communication with your insurance agent when documentation or insurance updates are required (if needed)
Consistent Communication — our team keeps you informed throughout the entire load process
COMPLIANCE & AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS
Your company must have:
• Active MC authority
• Active commercial insurance
• Your own Dry Van equipment
• Authority to legally transport the freight
IMPORTANT: This is strictly a dispatching service.
We do not operate as a carrier or broker for your loads. Loads are booked under your own MC authority, and the freight must be picked up and transported by the same authorized carrier shown on the rate confirmation.
