Key Responsibilities:
【 Restaurant General Manager 】
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, guest hospitality, and service standards.
Recruit, train, and develop floor staff to maintain exceptional service levels.
Manage store profitability, budgeting, sales strategies, and floor shift scheduling.
Drive team culture and ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests.
【 Head Chef / Kitchen Manager 】
Direct and supervise all kitchen operations, menu execution, and food preparation.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent, top-tier food quality.
Manage kitchen P&L, food cost control, inventory, and supplier relations.
Continuously innovate and optimize menu items and kitchen efficiency.
Requirements:

Visa Requirement : Must possess a valid visa allowing full-time work in Japan (e.g., Permanent Resident, Spouse Visa, Long-Term Resident, or valid Work Visa with full employment eligibility).

・Experience: Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in the food & beverage industry.
・Language: Conversational to Business-level Japanese (for operational communications) and English skills.
・Mindset: Strong leadership, passion for hospitality, hands-on management style, and team player attitude.
Salary ＆ Compensation
Monthly Salary: 400,000yen or more(Determined based on your experience and skills)
Fixed Overtime(Total): 45 hours per month
Overtime Pay Included:140,000yen or more ( included in the fixed overtime amount)
