Responsible Veteran & Family Seek Winter RV Parking (Anchorage Only)
About Us:
I am a quiet, respectful, and drug-free Military Veteran with steady, gainful employment right here in Anchorage. I have recently taken in my young adult stepson and his girlfriend to ensure they have a safe, stable place to live through the winter. Both of them work and are actively looking for additional work. We are a drama-free, hardworking family looking for a reliable private lot, driveway, or land parcel to park and live in our clean 31-foot Class A motorhome for the winter season.
What We are Looking For:
Location: Anchorage area only, preferably near a People Mover bus route/stop so the kids can easily commute to work.
Space Needed: A flat driveway section, private side-yard, or lot space with clear access for a 31-foot rig.
Utilities & Power: Electricity is highly preferred (either a standard 15/20-amp household outlet or a 30-amp hookup) so we can cleanly run small electric space heaters and interior lighting.
Dry Camping (No Water Risks): We operate 100% dry for the winter. We do not require water hookups, sewer access, or dumping on-site. Our water tanks are entirely bone-dry, meaning there is zero risk of frozen lines or plumbing leaks on your property.
Terms & Budget:
Price: Negotiable. We are willing to pay a fair monthly rate for the space and electrical usage.
Work-Trade Option: I am happy to trade property labor—such as dependable snow shoveling, driveway clearing, winter maintenance, or property security watching—to help offset the cost.
We are self-sufficient tenants who highly respect boundaries, privacy, and neighborhood quiet hours. To keep things completely silent and respectful, we do not regularly operate an onboard generator.
