Hello, I am thinking of wanting to move to a larger place. I am currently renting a room in a nice area,large room, walk-in closet, and space is becoming limited over the year. I'm also renting storage on top of it. So if I can get the same out of the city lifestyle with good neighbors with more living space, I might be sold. I really don't want to move but I want to see my options. I am a Hvac mechanic with a good coming to work and paying my bills kind of reputation. It's only me and I want it like that. My current landlord is already trying to find someone downstairs, and YEAH, THE WEIRDOS ARE OUT THERE. WE are all very private people here, and the home is QUIET for the most part, and there are 5 people living here. It's a great place and like I said you'll have to sell me on it, really don't want to move but more space would be nice. Willing to pay up to $800 monthly for room, utilities ac included, ac not to exceed 74 degrees or be turn OFF. I am not gullible, so don't come scamming. If your home consists of kids, lots of movement in the home, parties, loud football games, ect, it won't work out. We're barely here at the home because we are all working, and when we come home, it's mostly quiet. I do put a fan on to muffle any noises like you see at a psychiatric therapy office if that makes sense or its dead silent, lol. As far as location, I work all of Pennsylvania and our headquarters is out of Mechanicsburg. I know they would prefer me between Mechanicsburg and the Maryland boarder be their ideal spot for my work zone.
