I'm a retired, older man looking to rent a studio, ADU or room in a quiet home - a separate entrance would be a plus. I'm looking to stay in the Everett/Marysville/Arlington or surrounding areas. My total budget is up to $850/month including utilities, and I need the location to be a five-to-ten-minute walk from the bus line.
I'm laid back and friendly, yet I enjoy my privacy and respect yours. I am a considerate and quiet tenant who will respect your home; I like things clean and tidy and I generally keep to myself. I do have a well-behaved, housetrained chihuahua. He's a good boy, not a barker. I have a steady monthly income, and the rent will be paid promptly each month. I can verify income and provide landlord referral if requested.
