I am a retired financially secure senior seeking a clean, comfortable rental suite or home. My preferred areas are Delta, White Rock, Tsawwassen and Ladner. I am a quiet, and take great pride in maintaining the home I live in. Having owned several homes myself, I understand the importance of treating a rental property with care and respect
The property must not have steps, have level access to green space, and have approximately 800+/- square feet of living space.
I can provide an excellent reference from my present landlord, and any other information a prospective landlord may require. I would be very happy to arrange a viewing and introduce myself in person.
