I’m a 41-year-old professional currently living and working in the Phoenix area. I’m planning a move to Hawaii in approximately six months and would like to simplify and downsize in the meantime rather than sign another traditional apartment lease.
I’m especially interested in something a little outside the box — a private studio, casita/guesthouse, converted garage, furnished space with a private entrance, or even a nice stationary travel trailer/RV on someone’s property. I work in North Scottsdale, but I’m open to wherever that’s nice, clean, private, and safe.

• Two well-behaved adult male cats
I’d prefer to rent directly from a homeowner/private landlord rather than a large apartment management company.
I don’t need anything fancy. My priorities are a safe, clean, comfortable place where my cats and I can live while I prepare for my move. I’m flexible on the exact type of space and open to creative arrangements if it’s a good fit for both of us.
