Couple looking for a place to call home in the Bellingham area. I'm originally from Washington and currently in California, but I'm considering moving back up after August 31st. I'm flexible on timing and willing to come up to view a place if it's a good fit.
I've been in the same rental since early 2019, so I have a long rental history and references available. I can also provide proof of income/funds, a credit report, and previous landlord and employment contact information.
I'm a quiet, responsible tenant and value privacy and taking good care of where I live. I'm looking for a good long-term rental and am open to different areas around Bellingham.
