Quiet Government Employed Couple Seeking Private Property for Fifth Wheel, Three to Six Month Lease to start.
Hello, neighbors and property owners.
My husband Mike and I are hoping to connect with someone who may have a peaceful piece of private property available for our well maintained fifth wheel.
We've lived in a house in Bridle Trails for last seven years and would love to remain near the beautiful forests, trees, and natural surroundings that have become part of our everyday lives. Plus our commute to work in Seattle is awesome. But the owner of the house we've been at is selling to developers.
We both have established, long term government careers. We're responsible, quiet, clean, and respectful of our surroundings. We don't smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs.
We own a 2010 Carriage Cameo fifth wheel and take pride in maintaining it. We're looking for a safe, quiet location where we could establish a short to potentially longer monthly rental arrangement, with the possibility of discussing other terms if it's a good fit. We don't wish to live in our fifth wheel for very long. We are hoping to save money to buy a house.
I have extensive experience in property management, home repairs, and maintenance, having cared for our current rental property for the past seven years. I also spent 13 years operating a business rescuing and relocating honeybees, so preserving nature and respecting the land around us have always been important parts of my life.
We're especially drawn to properties with mature trees, greenery, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere.
We have one small, approximately 20 pound dog who is fully house trained, quiet, well behaved, and nondestructive.
We're primarily interested in Bridle Trails, Kirkland, and Bellevue, but would also consider Bothell and Woodinville for the right setup.
A strictly nonsmoking and no chemicals or gas environment since clean air are essential to my wife's health.
We'd ideally need access to suitable electrical service for our fifth wheel, with water and wastewater arrangements to be discussed. We'd also appreciate the possibility of charging our Tesla.
Currently the fifth wheel is on our grandmother's property who also is being sold since she has to go into a care facility. It's been there loved and maintained the entire time and it's been plumed directly into the sewer. Mostly everything about it still brand new.
We're hoping to move around November 27, 2026, with flexibility through February 27, 2027.
If you own a property with extra space and have considered earning some additional rental income, we'd love to discuss whether we might be a good fit.
We believe in clear agreements, good communication, respecting boundaries, and taking excellent care of the places we call home.
