Liberty Home Improvement works with banks, insurance companies, and out-of-state property owners to oversee residential improvement and maintenance projects.
We are seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals to monitor contractors and serve as our on-site representative.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor contractors and project progress
* Communicate project instructions
* Take photos and provide updates
* Report delays, problems, or incomplete work
* Help coordinate contractor access and schedules
No physical construction or handyman work is required.
Ideal candidates should be dependable, punctual, observant, and professional.
