I would love the university district but open to the surrounding areas...I grew up in sherwood oregon(where I have some fam) and went off to Washington for some years after that... male, non smoker and I have 1 mid size car, no pets and in my 30’s... lastly I work 4 days a week, generally 10-4 and I also have stuff I do for work on my days off..
