Tested and confirmed working — verified with a multimeter putting out proper charging voltage on both the 12V (14V) and 24V (22.4V) settings. One thing to disclose: the amp gauge needle doesn’t register, so there’s no visual amp readout, but the unit is actively charging.
Engine start has not been tested but should work considering all else works. I dont have a dead car to test it on why it isnt confirmed.
Clamps, cords, and wheels are all in good shape — no fraying or cracking. Case has some light surface rust and scratches from shop/garage use, shown in photos.
