Made many Thanksgiving birds on this beast! Yes, it’ll fit one very large or two smaller turkeys. Temp probe is very accurate. Great smokey flavor with out being overpowering. I cleaned the unit and changed the tinfoil after each 45lb. bag. I just don’t need three BBQ’s.
