I have November and December remaining on my lease. I'm renting this out at a discounted rate $650/mo but I need November and December up front if somebody wants it for a couple months on the cheap. Total is $1300 for 2 months. This price includes all utilities and Internet. Then you'd have to get a lease of your own thru the apartment. Approval is very easy. 540 credit score needed. Normal rent price is $844.00/mo
