It has a tool box sitting on top - that is portable and has the lock - key for the top chest.
The bottom portion is a wheeled version and is missing the lock and keys. The missing lock unlatches the drawers. I have not checked, but it may be possible to install a new set of locks for the bottom chest to secure the drawers. All of bottom drawers work, however you have to manually turn the arm in the small drawer to set the latch and the drawers will lock and unlock.
Not sure which model of tool-chest combo this maybe, since it's an older model.
This tool chest combination is in excellent condition, no-dents, dings or scratches.
The price for the combination top and bottom-chest are firm. $300-Cash only.
This is for local sale only. Please contact me before potentially purchasing.
