The Role
We are hiring an experienced Multi-Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fast food locations in the Reno area. Our restaurants operate from 6:00 AM to midnight, with select locations running 24 hours, so flexibility and ownership of your own schedule are essential. You will lead a team of Restaurant General Managers and their crews, drive performance across every store under your portfolio, and represent our brand and values in everything you do.
What You'll Do
• Direct operations, staffing, food safety, and guest experience across multiple restaurants
• Coach, develop, and hold accountable the Restaurant General Managers reporting to you
• Build and manage your own schedule to be present where your stores need you most
• Drive sales, control costs, and meet operational targets at every location
• Champion a workplace culture grounded in respect for our diverse team
What You Bring
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in the fast food industry
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at a national fast food brand — Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, The Habit, or equivalent
• Active ServSafe certification
• Track record of successfully overseeing multiple managers and multi-unit operations
• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told
• Strong people skills and the ability to motivate a team to follow your lead
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work the hours the fast food business demands, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfort and skill working with a workforce diverse in age, race, sex, and background
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a strong asset (not required, but highly valued)
