La-Z-Boy Queen Sleeper. Daily use for about 3 years. 1 small dog in home. The fabric and material have been maintained well with no major spills or issues the whole time we’ve had it, 0 frays or tears. Have been pleasantly surprised by quality of material. Sleeper has been slept on once by a guest, it’s a very generic/standard sleeper. Couch is overall decently comfortable to sit on. Back cushions are not detachable. Was sprayed with some “fabric protection” upon purchase. Originally paid $2,000 for this couch in store. Asking $400!
