Location: Reno, NV
Shift: 1st 6am – 2:30pm with potential OT
Pay rate: $24hr
Requirements: 1-2yrs exp of delivery, 1yr DMV print out, customer service/customer relationship, team player
Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers, loading and unloading materials, supporting warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver products safely and on time, verifying orders and obtaining customer signatures.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate customer feedback to management.
• Assist with warehouse duties, inventory needs, and product training as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Work overtime as required and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
• Valid state driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to operate stake-bed trucks and obtain forklift certification if needed.
• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Must be able to lift or move up to 30 pounds frequently, load and unload trucks, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend, reach, climb, and perform other physical warehouse tasks. Work may involve exposure to dust, heat, cold, and seasonal weather conditions.
