As an Amy's Eden Care Partner, you'll help two residents with their daily lives, which may include:
• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping

• Activities and appropriate outings
• Mobility assistance
• Medication reminders within the scope of the position
• Documentation
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming home
• Encouraging independence, dignity and purpose
Sometimes the most important thing you'll do is simply **sit down, listen and be present.**
## WHO WE WANT
Experience is valuable, but we're also looking closely at **character**.
Experience as a caregiver, PCA, CNA, home-care worker, assisted-living caregiver, dementia caregiver, hospice support worker or family caregiver is helpful.
But we're looking for more than a résumé.
We're looking for people who understand that when you say you're going to be there for a resident, **they're counting on you.**
