Hi, I'm relocating to Tampa for a 3-month work contract (possible extension) and looking for a furnished studio, efficiency or 1-bedroom, or a private bedroom with its own bathroom (roommates are fine).
- Budget: up to $1,200/month, utilities included preferred
- Move-in: around Nov 15, for 3 months
- Location: anywhere in Tampa (bonus if near downtown)
I'm one person, a non-smoker with no pets, quiet, and I work from home. I can provide proof of employment. I'm out of state until mid-November, so a FaceTime tour would be ideal.
