I'm a 43yr old woman relocating to Spokane to start a new career. I'm looking for an inexpensive or small Studio/1bdrm apartment or room to rent. I'm happy to be a working (cook and Cleaning for you)tenant as well. My job will have me in long hours after my training. I'm a clean non smoking non drinker. And NO drugs. I'm quiet and very clean and tidy. I likely won't have company at all or often. Just starting a new chapter now that my kids are grown! Thank you for reading. I don't have any pets currently I would like to have a small to medium dog eventually but no pets is ok as well. I guess I didn't realize I'd have to even think about this....I am not looking for someone to take care of me I am not looking for a "roommate with benefits" bs.
