About Me:
I am a quiet, independent, and reliable adult looking for a room to rent in Ohio. I am highly flexible on the location and am open to the Columbus area, Cleveland, or other cities across the state. I prefer a household with mixed male and female occupants. I do not have a vehicle, so a location with decent access to local infrastructure or public transit is a plus.
Pet/ESA Information:
I have one well-behaved emotional support cat. She is very friendly but will stay primarily in my room. She is litter-box trained, clean, and quiet.
Financial Stability & Budget:
• Monthly Rent: Up to $500/month maximum.
• Utilities: I am completely comfortable paying a fair, split share of the utilities, but I will not foot the entire utility bill for the household.
• Deposit: I can pay a deposit, but it must be flexible or allow for standard, reasonable terms.
• Income: I receive independent, guaranteed monthly income through Social Security. My rent and utility shares will always be paid reliably and on time at the start of every month.
What I am Looking For:
I am seeking a straightforward, standard room rental or sublet arrangement.

• I am looking strictly for a traditional cash-for-rent arrangement. I also do require a roommate agreement illustrating that I am paying bills and that I am legally allowed to be there.
