Hello! I'm a 37-year-old husband, father of four, and homeowner in East Mesa looking for dependable work in the local area.
I've spent years working in different hands-on jobs, learning practical skills, helping people with their properties, and taking on responsibilities that require reliability, attention to detail, and good communication.
I'm currently looking for work that allows me to put those skills to use. I'm comfortable working independently, following instructions, solving problems, and helping with the everyday tasks that homeowners and property owners need taken care of.
I'm dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable with tools, and willing to work. I take pride in showing up, doing what I say I'll do, and treating people's homes and belongings with respect.
HANDYMAN & LIGHT HOME MAINTENANCE
I'm interested in smaller household repair and maintenance jobs, including:
• Replacing light switches and standard electrical outlets
• Replacing GFCI outlets
• Minor hardware replacement and appropriate maintenance tasks
• Replacing faucets and sink supply lines
• Toilet flappers and other replaceable toilet hardware
• Garbage disposals and ceiling fans
• Minor appliance installation
• Basic irrigation and landscaping
• General household maintenance and miscellaneous repairs
I understand my limitations and am not a licensed electrician or plumber. I only take on work appropriate to my skills and qualifications.
I'm not looking for drywall finishing, large painting projects, or TV-mounting jobs.
PROPERTY CHECKS & INSPECTIONS
I enjoy checking on properties and documenting their condition for owners who cannot always be there themselves.
I'm available for general property walkthroughs, vacant property checks, rental condition checks, RV and trailer checks, and exterior or interior visual assessments.
I can photograph areas of concern, document visible damage, make organized notes, and provide a clear report of what I find. I'm particularly detail-oriented when it comes to keeping records and communicating problems.
These are general visual condition checks, not licensed home inspections or professional engineering assessments.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE & ELDERLY COMPANIONSHIP
I also have experience helping elderly individuals, assisting around their homes, running errands, and providing companionship.
My own family experience caring for my grandparents taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of having someone dependable around when extra help is needed.
I'm open to appropriate household assistance, errands, organizing, property-related tasks, and other practical help for individuals or families.
PROPERTY & ESTATE-RELATED EXPERIENCE
In San Diego, I was trusted with property-related responsibilities for clients who owned multiple homes and other valuable assets. My work included checking properties, preparing homes for owners' arrivals, photographing and documenting conditions, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with estate cleanouts, and handling miscellaneous tasks that required discretion and accountability.
I've also worked around boats, performed deckhand duties, and gained experience with equipment, mechanical tasks, and responsibilities where safety matters.
Since moving to Arizona in May 2016, I've continued building my hands-on experience through various jobs involving maintenance, installations, landscaping, labor, and other practical work.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
I'm open to part-time work, individual jobs, recurring assignments, property assistance, light maintenance, and other opportunities that fit my experience.
I'm based near Ellsworth and Baseline in East Mesa and am interested in work throughout East Mesa, Mesa Gateway, Gilbert, and nearby communities.
I'm happy to discuss the work, schedule, and compensation depending on the responsibilities involved.
If you need a dependable extra set of hands for your property, household, or miscellaneous tasks, please reply with a brief description of the work and your location.
Thank you for your time!
