Internet Technology Group, Inc. (ITG) is an established e-commerce company specializing in dietary supplements and related consumer products. We operate several online stores and sell through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our own websites.

We're a small, friendly, close-knit team looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join us.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We're looking for the right person - someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders from our websites and online marketplaces.
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing shipping labels using ShipStation and other software.
• Assisting customers by telephone and email.
• Restocking products and monitoring shipping supplies.
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Helping coworkers and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Experience with e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Software & Technology

We use a variety of software applications to manage our e-commerce operations, including:

• ShipStation & GroovePacker - Order processing, packing, and shipping.
• QuickBooks Online - Sales transactions and business records.
• WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart & eBay - Online order management.
• Zendesk - Customer service and support.
• Google Workspace & Microsoft Office - Everyday business applications.
• Slack - Team communication and collaboration.

Previous experience with these specific applications is helpful but not required. We provide training and are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable using computers, learn new software quickly, and enjoy developing new skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 30-35 hours per week
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Some scheduling flexibility
• On-site position in Redmond, WA

Physical Requirements

The position involves standing while packing orders, repetitive hand movements, and occasionally lifting packages weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

We offer a $1,000 Welcome to the Family Bonus after 90 days of employment, provided both the employee and company agree that the position is a good long-term fit, subject to the written bonus terms.
